Pre-school 3-5 Years Classes
These highly interactive classes include immersion-based teaching ideas and include lots of fun and creative activities to capture your child’s imagination and attention in learning, playing and interacting in Mandarin!
The program has been designed so children can access learning touch points and online classes throughout the week to ensure better memory retention of target vocabulary and phrases.
Your enrolment includes:
- A 30 minute online Mandarin Stars Preschool Class
- A downloadable and printable copy of the Workbook for the term
- Access to our Private Video Learning Hub where you can access pre-recorded topic videos that you can watch at your own leisure with your child. Includes activities such as puppet shows, mid-week storytelling, movement and music, kid’s yoga and mini craft time time!
Points to note:
- Each class has a maximum of 8 students
- All ‘live’ teaching classes will be delivered by a secure online video conferencing tool
- All pre-schoolers must be supervised by a parent/carer when online
SuperSTARS Classes for Kindergarten/ Prep to Year 2
These highly interactive classes include immersion-based teaching ideas and include lots of fun and creative activities to capture your child’s imagination in learning and interacting in Mandarin.
This program focuses on developing strong listening and speaking skills in Mandarin and will involve activities such as role-playing, language games, quizzes and much more!
Your enrolment includes:
- A 45 minute online Mandarin SuperSTARS Class
- A downloadable and printable copy of the Workbook for the term
- Access to our Private Video Learning Hub where you can access pre-recorded topic videos that your child can watch mid week to consolidate learning. Includes immersion based activities such as role plays, storytelling, mini craft time, science experiments, cooking and many other fun activities.

SuperSTARS Classes Years 3-6

Native SuperSTARS Classes from Preschool to Year 6
These highly interactive classes are taught in 100% immersion-based Mandarin, designed specifically for native speakers of Mandarin. Classes aim to teach strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Mandarin.
Your enrolment includes:
- A 45 minute online Mandarin Native SuperSTARS Class
- Weekly downloadable and printable worksheets
- Access to our Private Video Learning Hub where you can access pre-recorded topic videos that are related to a range of interesting topics including Chinese culture, Chinese heritage and Chinese history. Your child will learn not only about the Chinese language, but also about their heritage.

SuperTEENS Classes for High School Aged Children
These highly interactive classes include immersion-based teaching ideas that are developed to inspire your teenager’s love for learning Mandarin!
This program focuses on developing strong listening and speaking skills in Mandarin and will involve activities such as role-playing, language games, quizzes and much more!
Your enrolment includes:
- A 60 minute online Mandarin SuperSTARS Class
- Weekly downloadable and printable worksheets

Private Tuition Classes (All ages)
These classes are delivered ‘live’ with your child’s private tutor, and will be delivered by a secure online video conferencing tool. Content is completely tailored to your child, and as available to all age groups.
Your enrolment includes:
- 30 – 45 minute ‘live’ online class with your private tutor (Note – length depends on age of child)
- Access to our Private Video Learning Hub where you can access pre-recorded topic videos to help reinforce your child’s learning during the week.

ShootingSTARS Program
Can’t commit to a weekly face to face online lesson?
Want a more flexible and independent learning option? Then join our ShootingSTARS program! This program is for independent learners of Chinese and is available for our Preschoolers and SuperSTARS from Kindy/Prep to Year 6 and includes:
Your enrolment includes:
- A downloadable and printable Workbook for the term
- Access to 35+ pre-recorded videos which correspond to your child’s workbook for the term
- Each video teaches your child page by page
- Access to additional educative immersion based video resources that are designed to develop strong listening skills in Mandarin
- Private invitation to a live streamed group class webinar in weeks 1,5 and 10 where you can check in with a Mandarin Stars teacher, ask questions and enjoy a live lesson with other classmates who are enrolled in our Shooting Stars program as well.
- This program is currently available for our Pre-school 3-5 years, SuperSTARS Kindy /Prep to Year 2, SuperSTARS Year 3-6 and SuperTEENS.
